How do I restore the App Store back onto my iPad?

The App Store is an integral element of iOS/iPadOS - and cannot be removed. Perhaps you have moved the App Store App to another Home Page - or to an App folder.
To find the App Store App, try using the Search function...
Simply touch any empty area of a Home Screen with your finger - other than the extreme edges edges or corners of the screen - and swipe downwards to expose the Search dialogue. Type “App Store” - and the App should appear at the top of the Search results.
