Ear speaker very love

I tried all possible settings and cleaned ear speaker and still remained very low sound. I can barely hear who’s talking whilst on a call even whilst ringing to call someone. Can you let me know more how to fix this problem please? I am feeling very sad... Thanks!!!

Yes, I did. Still sound kept the same. Very low!!
