Turning on Screen Time is disabling Memojis and Game Pigeon

When I turn on Screen Time on my daughters iphone SE (iOS 14.3), Memojis and GamePigeon inside iMessage stops working (even though messages is always allowed). How can I enable these with Screen Time also turned on? The Memoji and Game Pigeon buttons still show up in iMessage, but you can't use them with Screen Time turned on.

Hello and welcome to Apple Support Communities, gpw553!

We understand that when Screen Time is enabled on your daughter's iPhone, she is unable to use Memoji and GamePigeon. We'd be happy to provide information to help you allow these.

On her iPhone, go to Settings > Screen Time > App Limits and where you have the currently limited apps, edit it and make sure under "other" you uncheck both Memoji and GamePigeon.

If you don't have these options, please post a screenshot of what you see in the App Limits section so we may more accurately guide you.

Have a great day!
