I forgot my secuirity questions and answers, and it just says that they cannot help at this time HELP

I forgot my answers to the security questions, I have given the answers that I was SURE that they would be and it keeps telling me that I'm wrong. Then when I go to reset the questions it just says they can't help at this time. I have tried to many times and now I am locked out, How can I get around this? Please help!!

Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security - Apple Support.   (Link doesn’t always load)  


Get Support          Work through the screens to get a chat option. You may have to pick a slightly different problem.

Based on multiple posts I have read, they will not help you recover the answers to your security questions.
