iPhone 11 silicone case not working with phone
Just bought a white silicone case and it fits perfectly but my volume buttons and lock button won’t work with the case. Has anyone experienced this problem? Is the case faulty?

We understand you're having some trouble with a newly purchased case. We're happy to offer some guidance that may help!
First, make sure your'e able to feel the buttons depress, when you press them through the case.
Try removing the case, and putting it back on, making sure protrusions for the buttons line up with the buttons on your device.
If the issue persists, depending on where it was purchased it may be eligible for return or exchange. The receipt for your purchase may offer more info.
