Keeping my resumes, credentials, certifications, etc in one location

Really two part question. When I save my resumes and etc to my drive; first what is the best app (or no app) to have it all stored in one easily accessible location, and second how do I locate it? Also can I manually upload my saved resume that’s on my iPhone XR to my iCloud? These questions all pertain to my iPhone XR. As you can see I’m a newly converted iOS and really happy. But totally lost.
