Need a appointment to either place of 3 of stores to upgrade my phone and watch

I have called numerous time to obtain a appointment to upgrade a phone. I have called 6 times to get a appointment .

carrier is Xfinity and my phone was purchased from then, however i want to be more countable going to the store to upgrade both the IPhone and the watch.

The individuals on the phone would not get me a appoitment . Unfortunately I don’t have a store near my home. The closer one is 100 miles away. However I travel to Miami, every weekend therefore i needed one in that area. They keep telling me to call back everyday. That is a waste when you are a apple customer for year. All of my systems are all apple. I guess i would have to investigate other system or equipment and change then from apple.

With the treatment I received for the last month. I been transfer from individuals to another with no result . I need a appoitment for either of the 3 stores that are near, while I’m in miami

Dadeland mall from Friday after 10:00 AM to Sunday closing of the store
Falls from Friday after 10:00 AM to Sunday when the store closes
brickell from Friday after 10:00 AM to Sunday when the store closes..

if I do not hear from anyone between now and Thursday afternoon. I will write anywhere that IAm heard to inform everyone that your business protocol is not existing . I’m tire of going around in circle hope to hear from anyone SOON
