return. sent a product back to Apple by fedex

I sent a product back to Apple because I want to return it. The shipping details that appear in FedEx are that the shipment was already made. Apple's website has no update and it still looks like I need to send the product back, even though I have already sent it and it has already arrived (by the information of FedEx). What can I do?

You need to use the contact support link in the upper right corner of this page. You should have one for your country. I do not know if they offer chat in your location. I am assuming you sent it to an Apple address appropriate for your country?


And, Apple needs a few days to process the item, so it may take a while. Also, if you have any email regarding this return, just reply to that to inquire.
