I don’t have YouTube on my App Store

I’m using iPhone 12 Pro and I cannot find YouTube on App Store. I have read that people fixed this kind of problem by changing restrictions in settings but that’s not working for me. Does somebody have another idea how can I fix it? By the way I’m located currently in China, and I tried also changing country to few others, also I’ve tried doing it with my VPN turned on but nothing helps. Thanks in advance if someone has solution..
