I want to downgrade my İcloud storage, however, it is still 200 GB. I want it to be 5GB. It says that it'll get canceled after the expiration date, however, in your policy it says that you can cancel the subscription at any time. How can I cancel it immediately? If you help me with that, I'd be very grateful. Thank you.

Don't just stop the payment: that could lead to Apple pursuing you for it, or at the least blocking you from makin any further purchases from them. It might also affect your credit rating.

When you cancel it, it will continue for the length of time you've paid for it. e.g. if you've paid for 1 year of netflix and 2 months in you cancel future payments (cancel your Netflix subscription) and you lose access to netflix, you're gonna be a bit mad that you've lost out on 10 months of netflix just because you stopped the payments. So basically, when your next payment is due to go out for iCloud, when you don't pay it, iCloud will automatically go to 5gb, but until then, the amount you've paid is for that much storage until the next payment date.
Yes, you can cancel the subscription at any time. As soon as the expiration date of the running month is reached, it'll be cancelled
