How do you turn off voice over
somehow the voice over feature got turned on on my phone and I have no idea how to turn it off because it types anything I or someone near me is saying regardless if u want it too.

Do this:
Settings > General > Accessibility > Accessibility Shortcut > then just tap on VoiceOver and the check mark should disappear.
Also, you could just ask Siri to turn off Voice Over.
