I am stuck in a reboot loop. Tried a forced reboot power button and volume down held down to no avail. connected to itunes gave the option to restore but dont want to lose my photos. the update software wasn't available I believe it needs software update any suggestions for here?

Same thing is happening to my iPhone XS since about 10pm est last night, nothing works, force restart, connecting to iTunes, updating, restoring, nothing works because as soon as it tries to do something it shuts the restore screen off tries to turn on and restore but it just shuts off and goes back into the loop and the computer can’t find it anymore
