Problem with all MacOS applications.

Hi,

Currently, my MacBook Pro is running on BigSur OS. Recently, only the macOS applications are not working properly. Below I have listed problems which I am facing,

  1. Not able to login to App store
  2. In SystemPreferences->Apple ID, not displaying any information under any option. It shows "Not Available-Please try again later".
  3. Not able to access iTunes in the Music app.

Could you please help with these problems?

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 11.1

Thank you so much for the reply.

Yes, I have access to the internet.

And I tried to restart the mac and even in safe mode. But it did not work. I am facing the same issue.

Till one week back I was residing in India, now I am in Germany. I am facing the problem after arriving in Germany. Is the problem related to the time and date of the system?

This is a concern:

Configuration profiles found - This computer may have configuration profiles installed. These are sometimes used by adware and malware.

Are you aware of something that may have installed user profiles? Personal macs should not have them, but some machines used in corporate environments may have them, to limit what a user is allowed to do.

Also, as the report says, they can be installed by adware...

Go to System Preferences and see if you have a "Profiles" pane in there. They only exist when there are profiles installed.
