I bought Apple watch series 6 but my iPhone cannot pair with it as the IOS software cannot support. How I can get IOS14 update on iPhone 6 plus, please.

It's not possible to update an iPhone 6 to 14 or to pair that watch with it. If desired, ask for a refund.
