Printing problems since upgrading to Big Sur

My MacBook Pro will only print the lines and no text (internet sources) when connected to my work printer. I started having this issue after updating to Big Sur. The printer is a Canon image runner advance C3525i III. Can anyone help or at least point me to a source that can?

Hi,

Please check that you have the latest drivers. Downloads are available here (US and European sites):

https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/support/details/copiers-mfps-fax-machines/multifunction-copiers/imagerunner-advance-c3525i-iii?tab=drivers_downloads

https://www.canon-europe.com/support/products/imagerunner/imagerunner-advance-c3525i-iii.html?type=drivers&language=en&os=macos%2011.0%20(big%20sur)

Also, the Canon iR-ADV C3525i III is mentioned in About AirPrint - Apple Support as a printer supporting the driverless AirPrint technology. You may want to test that method as well.

If necessary, you may have to try resetting the printing system.
