Messaging and FaceTime on Windows, that the majority of my colleagues can do on their Samsung Phones
The majority of my work colleagues can access their phones through the Windows Phone app on their PC's. They access messaging, conversations and live voice & Face2Face calls and can use some apps as well, driving and integrating their Samsung phones with ease.
I am unable to do this as I have an iPhone. I thought Apple was a premium provider, why is this functionality not available to me in a normal working environment? Like it is with my colleagues.
When will this functionality be provided and available?
My conversation with Microsoft support said that Apple were not allowing any sharing of the relevant information (API's etc.) to make it work. Is this really the case? Seems odd behaviour on Apples part.
Both a prompt response and resolution would be appreciated.
