Mic notification won’t turn off

My “mic in use” orange dot notification is constantly on. I’ve tried deleting any new apps and have gone through my settings to see why this could be happening and can’t figure it out. I don’t like the feeling that my conversations are being recorded at all times. Any ideas on what else could be using my mic/tips I could try to turn my mic off? Thanks!
