Air pods causing phone to lag.

Do you see a small banner appear, showing that they're connected to the phone? Are you able to play audio from another app such as Music or YouTube?

Hi, I am having this same issue. Except the AirPods Pro’s will connect to my friends phone and work perfectly fine.
