I am trading in older devices (6 devices) and want to ensure I can access all pics and vids that have been backed up. How do I access these backups in my iCloud on a Windows laptop? I have done some general internet searches on this topic and found results and screen shots for iCloud access using a Mac. I just cannot find a way in my iCloud to view backups of any kind.

if you did this What does iCloud back up? - Apple Support you can't view the backup.
if you did this Set up and use iCloud Photos - Apple Support then you will see it on www.icloud.com

Icloud backups can't be viewed, if you synced data then it can viewed, on your pc go to www.icloud.com and sign in.
