No. Check with the makers of the virtual machines and Microsoft.
AFAIK, not yet. You also will not be able to use Boot Camp on an M1 Mac either.
Yes, I understand that they have one in works. If you're willing to give it a try and can get on their beta program, it would certainly be worth a try.
