White screen after turn on iMac 27

I have a mid 2010 iMac 27 that turns on with a white screen & won't restore. Is it fixable?

iMac 27″, macOS 10.13

Have a look at > https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT210905

If you can not get it going by using the original Install Disc or in MacOS Recovery Mode, then it most likely has a failed Hard Drive.
