Null is using camera

Hi

I got a message saying null is using camera access to control connected cameras

I do not have an app named null and I restricted the access of my camera to all apps since I saw the message

I reset my phone and updated it to the latest version of iOS about some weeks ago

and I’m really cautious about privacy issues so I never open links or download junk apps and I never connect my phone to pc

is this a serious issue ? Am I being hacked? How can I fix this ? Please help

your sincerely

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 14

Greetings Rafoulinax,

It sounds like you are getting a message about Null is using the camera. We know how important this is for you, and we will help you get to the right place for a resolution.

Null is a term that is usually related to no value. Go to Settings > Privacy and tap on Camera. From there, you can turn on access to the camera for an app and then use the app in question. Repeat this process and see if the message appears again. This can help you identify which app the message is related to. If it does appear again but you have issues identifying the app, open Control Center and it should inform you of which app was using the camera recently. You can read more about this here:
