Unless you have restrictions enabled, Pressing and holding the app until they all shake and tapping on the X in the corner will completely remove the App from the phone.

Basically reset it to factory settings, then don't restore your backup.

Or, if you don't want to go to that extreme, Settings>General>Reset>Erase All Content and Settings, and don't restore from a backup.
It’s simple. All you need to do is to press and hold on the app you want to Uninstall, and click Remove App.
I don’t think there is a feature to remove all apps at once.
