I am not able to use the App Store on my IPhone 12 Pro

I am already signed in on my iPhone, but not able to use the AppStore. It asks for iTunes sign-in. I am trying to sign-in with my id and password but it keeps returning to the same page.

I can't sign in on the app store I own an old iPhone 4 and I want to sign in on the app store but when I put in all my details it just says 'For assistance, contact iTunes Support at www.apple.com/support/iTunes/ww/' But when I go to that link it says that it is no longer available. Can someone please help me.

I was able to sign in through settings/app store
