I have purchased new icloud storage upto 200gb but still I’m facing same issue not enough storage even my iphone storage is free up it has 34gb free still. I could not able to receive vidoes and photos from airdrop

Issue with uploading photos and videos to my iCloud. Hello! There is a problem with uploading photos/videos to my iCloud Storage. Even though i have more than enough space on the iphone and bought 2TB iCLoud storage, it still says "Not enough iCloud Storage". How can I fix it? How can I get more device storage? my device storage is full I have 1GB for iCloud storage. How can I get more device storage? If I have a lot of iCloud storage why is my device full why isn’t the photos videos ETC not going to the iCloud storage and the device storage be the next place to store things when you run out of space in the cloud storage

Issue with cloud storage on iphone Hi, I have 1 TB of data on my iphone and I've used hardly any of it. I have 'save photos to icloud' turned on. When I edit a video in the capcut app on my iphone and then I try to download that video so I may use it, send it to my laptop, etc...it tries to download the video to my phone storage instead. And then I get the messge: you dont have enough storage to download this video. But I have 1 TB of storage that I pay lots for yet I can't use it. Is there any solution. I have 1 TB of storage but I cant use it because everything goes directly to my phone storage despite following all the steps and 100% icloud storage is turned on. Thanks for any insight! J

One cannot purchase iCloud storage in the hope of augmenting their device's storage as the latter cannot be altered.
