Contacts transferred

Have a iPhone 11 personal and just received a iPhone 12 from my work,I want to transfer certain contacts not all contacts from my personal cell phone to my work cell phone w/o having to entered them one at a time any ideas.

Your contacts are on your phone? Most people store them in either icloud or in an email account .

Assuming they are on an email account you would need to sign in using a computer, export them to a csv file, edit the file in a text editor (not excel) and import the smaller file to the new account.

If on icloud it is more difficult.

That is the principle but there are so many variables you need to get help from IT at work.
