I just purchased the iPhone 12 and the favorites that come on the Safari Home Screen won’t stay as icons with pictures. They are just generic letters. I can visit the site by pressing the icon and when I hit the back button the icon is as it should be with the picture. But then when I close out safari it’s back to the generic icons again. But the favorites I add personal stay like they are supposed to. Strange.

Update: I deleted the default apps and then visited the site by typing in the address (google.com, for example) and added this address to my favorites. Then when I closed out safari and opened back up again the icons were generic again.
