iTunes search access

I can access the iTunes Store, but it won't let me access the search tool.

Do you use a VPN or any third-party security software? If so, try disabling those temporarily and see if the same issue occurs. Also, test another Wi-Fi network if available. Are you able to browse the Internet using a web browser? That will help to isolate the issue.


Next, if you haven't already, quit iTunes and restart your computer, then test again.
