Is there a way I can convert the gift card $25 amount until Apple Cash balance of $25.... I have a gift card for $25 and I am trying to pay my YouTube premium subscription bill in my Apple Music subscription bill is there a way that I can do that with a gift card

You cannot transfer money from your Apple ID or iTunes pass to your Apple Cash. Go here for assistance - iTunes - Official Apple Support

Make the gift card your default payment method for your Apple ID
