How to get a refund from Apple for taking my credit money a couple of times claiming I bought some thing when I didn’t buy anything yet they keep taking my credit.

If the charges are on your iTunes account, and if you claim you didn't do them (I assume you've changed the account's password etc. if you are saying it's been hacked), try contacting support via the 'get support' link at the top right of every page on here
