I would like to know why Apple did not provide the charging port for the iPhone 12 Pro Max, after a customer pays as much as they pay for this product expecting to get everything that they have gotten prior years when they purchased the phone it was very disappointing to find out that I paid almost $1300 for a phone and literally had to turn around and pay another $22 for a charging port, I found it to be very disturbing and upsetting and greedy on apples part.

Hello,

This is now becoming the standard for all phone makers. The thinking is that you could use the charging adapter from a previous device.
