Wallet will not add credit cards (only on iPhone)
About a month ago, the credit cards disappeared from the wallet on my phone and husband’s.
(Maybe not a coincidence, it was when one bank flagged some charges as fraud that I’d made with Apple pay. That has been addressed.)
We are BOTH unable to add ANY credit cards now. The app says to check with card issuers which we have done. All say no problem on their end. I CAN add cards to iPad and MacBook book wallets. (I’ve never had to do it separately, they’ve always just been on all devices.)
I’ve gone so far as a full wipe and reset of my phone, no luck.
It seems odd that it’s specific to the phone, and odd that it affecting two separate phone accounts.

- location: UAE (Apple Pay is active here; have also tried through VPN)
- Cards are all from major issuers (and have previously been in wallet and are currently in iPad wallet)
- Signed into Apple ID on phone
- icloud access on for Wallet
- bank apps are on phone
- yes I’ve rebooted
