Thanks for reaching out in Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're having trouble locating iTunes on your iPhone. It looks like iTunes & App Store does show up on your iPad and you can't change the App Store Apple ID. We're happy to help. Settings options may change slightly depending on the iOS version installed on your device. The picture you sent us is how the App Store shows up now in settings. To change your Apple ID, go to Settings > Tap Your Name > Media & Purchases.

If running IOS 14, go to Settings>Your Name>Media & Purchases. Click the portrait at the top left. That should allow you to sign into the App Store/iTunes using a different Apple ID.
