Microphone not working in iPhone 11 Pro Max

Hello,

I'm having issue with microphone in apps like WhatsApp, Telegram, it works using a headset but without the counterpart is not able to ear me.

But the microphone is working in FaceTime. Have already restart completely the Phone. I'm using iOS 14.3

Now other party says that he/she is unable to listen my voice but when I put my phone on speaker they are able to listen my voice on WhatsApp calls as well as Instagram calls whereas if I use FaceTime it works perfectly fine without any hassle. Also if I use Siri it works fine on Siri as well. Please provide me the solution as it is annoying me badly and forcing me to turn on the speaker while talking to people. microphone is not working in combination with video (in WA, facetime) The microphone of my iphone is not working anymore when I use also video (in WA, facetime). When using only the Call options the mic works perfect, so it seems to get automatically muted when video is on. The un-mute button does not have any effect.
