Purchase history

I bought some diamonds from my game Hay day they keep telling me to send a receipt I showed the one that as on my purchase list and my bank statement showing they took it out they keep telling me that’s not enough go to settings then go to apple and I tunes I don’t have that it shows purchases but it’s what I already sent I’m using apple tablet does anyone know where I might find this info there asking if not I’m out about $50
