My mum recieved a watch from her work as a gift. The wrong strap has come with the watch. I would like to exchange the current strap for the specific one i would like. However due to the national english lockdown no stores are open. Would I be able to do this or would I have to wait? Thankyou!
Contact Support and they will help you with a one time exchange for the proper size.
You can call them but you will still need the serial number of the watch. Is that a problem?

Not entirely, I just didn’t want to open the package as I don’t want to harm any chance I have of being able to exchange the watch/order

The serial number can be found on the box but when you do a band exchange they only make you return the band, not the whole watch.
Ah right ok, thankyou that’s great. I will try and contact them tomorrow as it’s too late for me now 😂
