Excel hangs diagnosticd high cpu

I have booted the computer fresh this morning to see if it clears the issue up, but it has not.

I seem to just be having this issue when working in Excel for Mac, not Word, Outlook or the other Microsoft applications. I try to copy a section and it hangs. I try to change font size and it hangs. I try to resize columns by double-clicking the column border in between and it hangs.

At the time it seems that Diagnosticd has a high cpu.

There are also quite a few console errors but not necessarily Excel related.

I am attaching the Etre Check report below if anyone can figure out what may be happening.

I have checked for Microsoft Office updates and there are no new ones.

Microsoft Excel for Mac Version 16.45 (21011103)
