wireless caller

I have a question about Caller ID on a land line originating from mobile phones. I have a 98 year old mother who only answers the phone if it shows up on her tv with a name she recognizes. Whenever a iPhone calls her, caller ID shows "Wireless Caller" and the phone number. This pattern has been consistent with 12 different callers (grandchildren). Whenever an Android phone calls, she sees the name and number. This pattern persists with 3 different phone companies (Spectrum, Comcast, FIOS). The wireless carriers blame the land line and visa versa. Is there an iPhone setting that would disable the name from showing up? From what I read online, only the number is in the interface and the land line binds the number to a name via a database lookup. It seems unlikely that 3 phone companies would be doing it incorrectly. Any help would be appreciated.
