blank website on ipad

hi, i have an ipad pro 9.7

for the last 2 days there are some websites that show blank page

i tried downloading the chrome and the firefox apps and the same website dont work there either

i think there is a problem with the device.

my other devices (mac and iphone) do work on those sites on the same wifi, i tried clearing cookies and reset network setting also disable my vpn and adblock, yet nothing
