I am assuming that you are trying to order this notebook from the U.S. Apple Online Store ... correct? If so, Apple will not ship their products to other countries. You will need to order this notebook from Apple's Malta online Store. (Of course, I'm also assuming there is one.)

In addition, if in the future, this notebook needs repairs, it would have to be sent back to the U.S. at your cost.

You might need to buy from a reseller like icentre.
