iTunes Family sharing doesn’t work

It sounds like you're trying to join a Family Sharing group.

We'd recommend trying to join the family directly on your device as directed here: Set up Family Sharing

That should help to clear that up, but feel free to reach back out to the Community if you need further help.

1. Are you trying to set up Family Sharing on your iPhone?
2. Could you also explain more about where you're getting a Safari error when trying to set up Family Sharing?
