How can obtain free laptops?

(Definitely an odd question)

I'm sponsoring deployed soldiers and they requested laptops to do college work while being stationed in Romania. Is there a way to send them a few free laptops?

(I'm certainly far from wealth, lol in fact I could use a new one myself...it's 11 years old & showing it too!)

But I'm not Daddy Warbucks here! However I would like to take care of our soldiers with this request.
