How do I talk to a person? need to find all my purchased music that no longer shows in my library.

Can’t find purchased songs. I deleted songs from my iTunes library and I went to download again but they are not showing up in the purchased part and they are not even showing purchased if I look it up again on iTunes. They are still in my actual Apple purchase history though.
