Why can’t I add my Allegiant boarding pass to Apple Wallet?

I am unable to add my Allegiant boarding pass to Apple Wallet. I have both apps on my iPhone 7+. All apps are updated. When I tap the “Add to Apple Wallet” icon on the Allegiant boarding pass pages, I receive this response: ADD TO APPLE WALLET. We were unable to add your boarding passes to Apple Wallet. please try again later.

I’ve tried a dozen times since to no avail. I’ve turned the unit off and then on three times. I’ve been able to load Allegiant boarding passes to my Apple wallet a few times in the past. Using iOS 14.3

This has been an issue for a long time and you keep giving the same unhelpful answers. Why can’t Apple figure this out??
