Hi, I am the owner of the device and the message is that your device is stolen and I have an Apple ID and what should the mobile number do?

If it is marked as stolen then either you or the previous owner has marked it as stolen in Find My

Or the cell provider blacklisted it.

If it is on your list of devices in your iCloud account then unmark it as stolen.

Put your question again with more details and “quotes” round the message, Where do you see the message?

Is the phone actually stolen or is that just what the message says erroneously?

Hi

The phone is my own and has not been stolen.

When the error is turned on, Apple gives an idea and does not enter, stating that your phone has been stolen. The model is an old SE phone.
