Activation lock
i bought a Apple Watch 2nd hand from someone and it has activation lock on it is it anyway I can unlock it or em I just out of 100 dollars

Only the person that put the activation lock on it can remove it. That may be the person you bought it from or if they got it from someone else then it would be that person. There's no way you can remove it yourself.
