Airplay unable to connect to Homepod mini

Hi, i have some issue with Airplay from mac/iphone to my new homepod mini. It always says unable to connect to "homepod name". Siri works fine, it can play music and answer all the question but cannot do airplay and handoff. I already update the os, restart and restore to factory several times, connected to the same wifi but the issue is still there.

Any suggestion what i should do?
