When will Support cease for High Sierra please?
I have an imac running High Sierra, I can't find a date when it will end. Does anyone know roughly when it's expected to cease being supported with security updates?

Nope. Apple does not normally publish such dates as they are often pushing security updates to older macOS versions. There is no actual way to know when it will stop getting them all together.
Just don’t expect them too regularly any more. High Sierra is out of the continued support window.
The last security update for High Sierra was released on Nov 12 2020.
Its impossible to say wether it will get another one or not.
