Unfortunately it is locked until the owner unlocks it for you, either by unpairing it properly from their iPhone or removing it from their Apple ID. You should get in contact with the previous owner to discuss this. If you have any questions from the owner or if you have more questions about pairing your watch, just reply to this thread.

If you want to keep pushing out updates to what's happening, by all means post them in this discussion.
