There is no cancel option in subscriptions only renew amounts? How do I cancel what I don’t want to renew?

Terminology. Turning off Automatic Renewal is essentially cancelling. Turning off renewal means the subscription will run to the end and then stop. Cancelling means you want it to stop right now even though you have paid for it to run longer. To have it turn off right now you need to contact Apple and ask them.
